We're Hiring: HR Associate (Entry-level)!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening
Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure smooth transitions
Collaborate with team members on employee engagement initiatives
Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
Help in organizing training sessions and workshops
Address employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
