We're Hiring: HR Legal Assistant Manager!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Legal Assistant Manager to support our legal department in navigating HR-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, compliance issues, and the ability to assist in various legal processes related to human resources.
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

What You'll Do
Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
Conduct research on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations issues
Prepare documentation for legal proceedings as needed
Support the development of training programs on HR legal topics
Monitor changes in legislation affecting the workplace
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or legal assistance role
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
