Who are we looking for:
As a HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition, you are expected to assist the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment and administrative tasks. Ensures a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details and updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and information from new hires.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs or school career fairs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing information about the organization and the recruitment process.
- Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
- 6 months of working experience in recruitment and sourcing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
