Who are we looking for:

As a HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition, you are expected to assist the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment and administrative tasks. Ensures a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details and updates.
• Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and information from new hires.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
• Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs or school career fairs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing information about the organization and the recruitment process.
• Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field.
• 6 months of working experience in recruitment and sourcing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Willing to be assigned in: SILANG, CAVITE
