Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated Loss and Prevention Assistant to join our organization and enhance our security measures. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, conducting investigations into security breaches, and implementing strategies to prevent loss and ensure the safety of our property and assets.

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Identify and report potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in responding to emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure ni stressful situations.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork, and having a motorcycle is a plus.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Must be willing to report and attend meetings at least once a week at Alfamart Distribution Center at Silang, Cavite
