Job Description
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
