Your Role:

• Provide first line support to colleagues’ queries raised through our ticketing system and telephone.
• Perform right to work checks in line with current UK legislation.
• Liaise with Housekeepers at hotels across the UK and provided support in obtaining the correct right to work documentation.
• Liaising with Head Housekeepers and relevant Area Managers for outstanding Health & Safety Forms and Young Person’s Risk Assessments.
• Escalate any breeches in compliance.
• General admin support as and when required - to include but not exhausted to
• Support in new starter set-up including employee self-service user accounts.
• Apply 3rd party deductions upon receipt of court order.
• Update home addresses as requested.
• Update bank account details as requested.
• Update emails and contact numbers as requested
• Complete Statement of Earnings letters and refences.
• Complete employment letters.
• Upload supporting absence documents to our HR system.
• Upload new starters documents to our HR system.
  
  

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in payroll administration
• Understanding of UK right to work legislation is desirable, although not essential, as full training given.
• Good IT skills - intermediate Excel/Word or similar.
• Amenable to work in MOA in a hybird setup
• Amenable to work Mid shift
