Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Lead compensation and benefits (ComBen) planning and execution
- Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
- Manage day-to-day HR admin work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Drive people development efforts through Organizational Development (OD) initiatives
- Support leaders and teams through change, communication, and team-building
- Maintain and improve use of HR tools and systems
- Handle internal processes with clarity, structure, and empathy
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years in an HR leadership role
- Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong working knowledge of local labor laws
- Proven success in managing compensation and benefits programs
- Skilled in communication, leadership, and change management
- Experience with HR platforms and tools
- Solid understanding of Organizational Development principles
- Worked in non-profit, cause-driven, or social development groups
