- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any behavioral-related courses;
2. With at least 5 years of HR and Admin supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry;
3. Adept in all facets of HR Operations such as Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Training and Development, Employee Welfare and Discipline, Compensation and Benefits Management, Policy Making, and other Administrative-related tasks;
4. Must possess knowledge and hands-on experience in the preparation and compliance of documentary requirements of government agencies and regulatory agencies such as LGU, DOLE, DENR, BFP, etc.
5. Dependable, trustworthy, willing, and able to do multi-tasking.
6. Willing to assign in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro.
