Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business
Administration, or related course.
At least 2 years of experience in HR support, especially in recruitment and/or payroll is
an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll computation, and government
remittances.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and can handle confidential information.
Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions
Manage office supplies and inventory
Support payroll and benefits administration
Handle confidential information with discretion
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist in organizing company events and activities
Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Legal Requirements
Salary Range: 16,000 to 18,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
Work Location: Antipolo
