HR & Admin Officer (Work from home / Hybrid Setup)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage and oversee day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, office management, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee records, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Develop and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle office management tasks, including procurement, vendor coordination, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Respond promptly to HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
- Organize events, meetings, and schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving employee satisfaction
Work Setup:
- Work from Home / Hybrid Setup
- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
