PRINTING SPECIALIST

Role Overview

• Ensures quality standards of operation and the products of Printing Department of Property Services Group
• Conducts inspection of incoming raw materials before receiving to ensure it meets quality standards and ensures that materials are stored properly in the designated storage areas.
• Inspects the artwork or design files
• Approves sample print to ensure that the colors, registration, and quality of the print meet the required standards.
• Performs/ensures periodic inspections during every stage of the production process to check for any defects or deviations
• Performs a final inspection to ensure that the finished product meets the required quality standards
• Documents all inspections and reports any defects or issues
• Prepares CAPA for all rejects in all processes. Coordinates with the printing supervisor and client on matters concerning production quality controls
• Maintains and updates quality control documentation, including operating procedures, checklists, and inspection records.
• Provides technical support and advice to production staff on quality-related issues
• Maintains a records or filing of repeat customers' information, including their previous work, to ensure consistent quality, identify areas for improvement, and keep accurate records of customer complaints
• Conducts audits of the printing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 1-2 years in the field of Business Services
• Preferably has an experience in project and program management
