Accounting Associate (Budget)

Job Summary:

The role involves validating and uploading approved budgets into the system, coordinating budget-related concerns with operating units, and supporting the Supervisor/Manager in budget and cost accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Validate budget uploads and transfer requests.
• Address budget-related inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Monitor and track all budget requests to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and manage budget reports and documentation.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and completing various projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, highly analytical with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage, though not required.
• Open to fresh graduates
• Amenable to work onsite at Mandaluyong City
