- with/without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer support: Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding their home security systems.
- Technical assistance: Provide troubleshooting for issues with alarms, cameras, smart locks, and other devices.
- Account management: Assist customers with account inquiries, including billing, service plans, and upgrades.
- System support: Help customers with system setup, configuration, and mobile app connectivity.
- Issue resolution: Work with technical teams to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer problems.
