- Responsible for the accurate counting and recording of all gaming and non-gaming revenue received.
- To ensure the provision of professional and timely service to our customers, maintaining a current knowledge of the NUSTAR complex and facilities.
- To ensure the timely and accurate collection (where required), counting and recording of revenue i.e., cash and cashless vouchers.
- Verifying the cashless vouchers (such as TITO) after counting and collection.
- Preparing cash for banking, bulk counting, sorting, and bundling.
- To input and verify relevant data and documentation for various reporting.
- To ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures i.e., Philippine Government regulations (PAGCOR) and Internal Control Statement (ICS) NUSTAR.
- Consistently seek to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with other team members and ensure a positive approach to work, whilst assisting with the training of new and existing staff.
- Previous cash handling experience. (Preferably from within the Gaming or Banking Industry) .
- Must be good in calculation.
- Computer literate.
- Actively works as a team member.
- Able to do physical activities like pushing transfer trolley and cart.
- Is motivated to achieve business objectives and common goals.
- Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results.
