The Contractor Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and organized Hiring Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role is crucial in the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that processes are in order and that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accuracy is maintained at all times. You will oversee and manage the various steps involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, along with navigating the incoming calls. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.

Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external communications.
- Coordinate closely with the Hiring Success Manager.
- Attend Daily Standup meetings and complete EOD Reports.
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Navigate the incoming calls.
- Schedule and manage interview logistics.
- Maintain a clean and accurate ATS system.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview follow-ups.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and oral.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively.
- Motivated and passionate about contributing to a startup.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Flexible remote work arrangement.

- You will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $6-$7 per hour, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
