- Must be at least a High School graduate.
- Must have work experience in actual site development works, actual cut, and fill works.
- Fieldwork is required.
- Willing to be assigned to any area of the project site.
- Operate heavy equipment for the construction of mass housing projects.
- Assist in other construction works such as the delivery of materials to project sites or loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Help in heavy equipment maintenance through daily check-ups and weekly cleaning.
- Report immediately any findings on the equipment to the site engineer for proper repair works.
- Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.
- Other duties that are not specifically identified but assigned by the immediate supervisor.
