What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of the Test Engineer is to define, document, deploy and optimize the product functional test requirement and will ensure the most reliable, efficient and productive methods. Continuously improve the test processes through thorough analysis and instituting corrective & preventive actions. Feedback findings to PIE & relevant functions of any findings not related to the mentioned test requirement. Define maintenance program to ensure all the testers are always available and will perform at their best

Define maintenance program to ensure all the testers are always available and will perform at their best
- Supervise, lead, manage, and provide technical assistance to Test Engineering team which contributes in meeting the monthly commitment.
- Responsible in solving problem in line sustaining in the least possible time to meet desired machine uptime.
- In charge of related maintenance, LOTO, and machine guarding.
- Define and or develop test processes and document this process so that manufacturing team have guidance. Expected documents are SOP’s & Test programs & Checklists
- Shall ensure that ECO related to test requirements are properly implemented
- Will plan and execute corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance activities for the Testers
- Will set-up Test Related Equipment, qualify it & deploy to operations.
- Will support PROLaunch activities and Test Improvements and development
- Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in Power Supply
- and/or Uninterruptible Power Supply Industry.
- Experience in in Final assembly and PCBA troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
- Experience in Machine commissioning, improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience in Test Program coding Labview, Labview Test Stand, VB6, VB.net, C+.
- Solid experience in Final Assembly and PCBA Production Test Support and Test Improvement
