Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient or provider inquiries related to healthcare plans, claims, billing, and benefits
- Accurately document case information in system tools
- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication
- Follow HIPAA and company data-security policies
- Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service
- Freshers encouraged to apply!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- High school/Graduate degree from any course welcome
