We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Market Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will support our research efforts by coordinating and facilitating interviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and pharmaceutical professionals to gather valuable insights for our healthcare studies.

  • Schedule interviews for patients and physicians to participate in surveys.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct interviews with patients diagnosed with rare diseases, physicians, and pharmaceutical professionals.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to survey links and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Communicate regularly with internal team members to provide updates and collaborate on ongoing tasks.
