Equicom Services, Inc. is now looking for Healthcare Associate who can work onsite.

Makati Office Address: 3308 Equicom Center Zapote Street, Brgy. Sta. Cruz Makati City.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year medical related courses
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while working under minimal supervision
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word and Excel Strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati or Binondo

What to expect?

  • 5 days in a week
  • Paid Training Full time and onsite
  • Annual Performance based on the set matrix
  • HMO upon regularization
  • Paid SL & VL upon regularization

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible in reading and analyzing patient's diagnosis
  • Responsible in determining correct ICD of patient's diagnosis
  • Ensures codes are accurate in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD)

Coordinates claims with issues to the concerned unit

  • Determines and apply guidelines within the given TAT
  • Communicates problems effectively and promptly to the immediate superior
  • Abide by the Code of Conduct/Code of Discipline of Equiserve
  • Commit to, support and help achieve, the Mission Vision, and Quality objective of the

Department and Equiserve

  • Performs other duties assigned in keeping with the growth and general responsibilities of the

position

  • Performs Ad-hoc job assigned by the Superior
  • Comply with the organization's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive data, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information. This includes adhering to established protocols for securely handling, storing, and transmitting data while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
