As a Healthcare Associate, You Will
- Assist in processing healthcare-related data, records, and documentation.
- Support patients, providers, or clients through accurate and timely information handling.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage data entry and verification to maintain accuracy in patient or client files.
- Collaborate with teams to support administrative and clinical processes.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or any healthcare-related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Familiarity with medical terminologies and healthcare documentation
- Experience with healthcare systems or electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of HIPAA or data privacy compliance
- Internship or related work experience in healthcare support
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
