Why this role exists
We're seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to drive business growth by connecting with potential healthcare clients and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial in expanding the company's market presence and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the healthcare sector through multi-channel outreach efforts.

The Impact you’ll make

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute cold calling campaigns to potential healthcare clients

  • Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and social media

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients


Appointment Setting & Calendar Management

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales representatives

  • Manage and maintain sales representatives' calendars

  • Follow up to confirm appointments and ensure attendance


Lead Qualification & Management

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria

  • Update and maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM

  • Track and nurture leads through the pipeline


Communication & Reporting

  • Document all prospect interactions and follow-ups

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development



Measure of Success

  • Achievement of monthly qualified appointment targets

  • Conversion rate of calls to scheduled appointments

  • Quality of lead qualification and documentation

  • Appointment show-up rate



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry cold calling and appointment setting

  • Strong communication skills with a neutral English accent

  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and qualification

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot

  • Experience with multi-channel outreach campaigns in the healthcare sector

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

  • Remote position

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 40 hours a week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
