Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute community and HCP engagement events under the program.
- Drive health awareness initiatives that align with program objectives and public health priorities.
- Collaborate with HCPs to identify community health needs and develop localized engagement strategies.
- Provide communication and support materials to HCPs to strengthen their role as advocates for wellness.
- Represent the campaign during events, maintaining professionalism and strong brand alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Medical Affairs, and Training) to ensure message accuracy and adherence to ethical standards.
- Collect and document feedback from HCPs and participants to continuously improve program activities.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and impact.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and local health regulations in all engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwife or related field.
- Experience in event management, med rep, or health advocacy (preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. > Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate about public health, community service, and empowering HCPs.
