Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients or customers with their healthcare-related questions.
- Process and review medical insurance claims and billing information.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
- Work closely with team members to meet performance goals.
- High school graduate / Senior High / College undergraduate or graduate.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willing to work in a BPO setup (onsite or hybrid, shifting schedules).
- Friendly, patient, and eager to learn.
