Healthcare Account Representative – BPO (Open for Freshers & High School Graduates)

We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Account Representatives!

If youre a high school graduate or fresher who enjoys helping people and wants to start a career in the healthcare support industry, this is your chance. Youll be part of a team that assists patients and clients with billing, insurance, and healthcare service inquiries.

No prior experience needed we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients or customers with their healthcare-related questions.
• Process and review medical insurance claims and billing information.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
• Work closely with team members to meet performance goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school graduate / Senior High / College undergraduate or graduate.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willing to work in a BPO setup (onsite or hybrid, shifting schedules).
