- Handle concerns related to claims, authorizations, and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain patient confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Computer literate with accurate data entry and system navigation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient concerns in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
