Your Role

The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end customer experience for a luxury decorative lighting brand with international B2B and B2C sales.

This multifaceted position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales front and back office processes, coordinating logistics for imports and exports, basic accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and ensuring accurate inventory data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and personalized service across multiple channels (phone, email, web, digital marketing)
  • Prepare sales quotations, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in closing B2B and B2C deals
  • Provide detailed product and project support, including technical information and after-sales service
  • Coordinate logistics for both imports and exports, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with international regulations
  • Update ERP system with inventory status, purchase order progress, and customer records; maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Generate and send customer invoices, process and record payments
  • Perform accounts payable and receivable workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction as well as seamless internal office processes
  • Maintain and analyze records of customer interactions, sales activities, and operational performance to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance-related records
  • Additional administrative tasks as directed by management

What You Need

  • Prior relevant experience in logistic and operations support.
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Prior ERP experience (ODOO highly valued but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury goods and service excellence.
