Head of Treasury - Manila

We are looking for a Head of Treasury to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, payment approvals, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Implement and continuously improve treasury processes to support a scalable, efficient cash management structure.
• Monitor global cash positions and ensure liquidity is available to support business operations in multiple markets.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to guarantee safe, traceable financial transactions.
• Generate reports and risk assessments to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting linkage of treasury activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, particularly in high-risk and regulated environments.
• Act as a trusted senior team member, supporting and validating the work of two current treasury analysts.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in treasury operations, with strong back-office focus (cash flow, controls, reconciliations).
• Previous experience in fintechs or multinational companies with cross-border transactions
• Hands-on experience managing multi-country cash operations and navigating financial complexity.
• Strong track record implementing and maintaining financial controls.
• Exposure to high-risk environments is a plus.
• Accounting knowledge or collaboration with accounting teams is highly valued.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• A senior, autonomous profile with a process mindset and a proactive attitude.
