Job Description
- Shape and facilitate the country's strategic agenda through in-depth analysis of market trends, opportunities, and risks, and by recommending key strategies for execution.
- Drive overall strategy execution by leading the annual prioritization process and implementing a PMO framework to strengthen discipline around delivering defined priorities and account plans.
- Lead the clear and strategic communication of objectives across country and account levels to ensure alignment with the organization's broader vision.
- Maintain a strong understanding of both the business and local market landscape to provide critical context for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee monthly performance reviews by developing and monitoring comprehensive scorecards that drive accountability, strategic insights, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to ensure optimal client coverage, strong sales discipline, and an effective sales operating model within the market.
- Partner with Finance and People teams on business planning activities, including workforce and location planning, budget management, KPI monitoring, and process improvements.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to evaluate investments and manage expenses effectively, ensuring profitable growth and optimal resource allocation.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including regional and market teams, to develop market visit materials and curate key business updates for leadership communications and external reporting forums.
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in management consulting or a strategic function.
- Background or significant exposure to the payments industry, or strong experience in retail strategy, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure, lead, and oversee complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders, showcasing leadership across diverse business challenges.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages to senior leaders and external partners.
- Highly adaptable and collaborative, with the capability to work effectively across different cultures, languages, and time zones. Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, marked by intellectual rigor, keen attention to detail, and the ability to structure and analyze complex financial models.
- Advanced reporting and data management skills, able to handle large datasets and organize information logically and efficiently using various analytical and reporting tools.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables to meet deadlines while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Excellent data visualization skills, with the capacity to build high-quality presentations that communicate actionable insights effectively.
