Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, serving as both a leader and player-coach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- 57 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring or managing a sales team, with the ability to thrive in a player-coach role.
- Startup or scale-up experience preferred; resilient and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
