We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations across assigned markets, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Coordinate the launch and ongoing management of new operational setups in different regions, working closely with local stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with PSPs, acquiring partners, local agents, and other key third parties.
  • Align with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Risk, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build, lead, and mentor regional and local operations teams to achieve high performance and alignment with company culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations roles, ideally within fintech, payment processing, or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing complex operational frameworks across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border operations, local compliance, and payment ecosystem regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior operational experience in African markets would be a plus (e.g., Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa).
