Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase cinema footfall and brand recognition.
- Identify key marketing opportunities, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal ones.
- Develop marketing calendars and roadmaps aligned with cinema releases, special events, and promotional activities.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print, radio, and in-cinema promotions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including posters, trailers, digital ads, social media content, and more.
- Ensure effective use of traditional and digital media channels to drive traffic and engagement.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring they are aligned with overall objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that campaigns, creatives, and messaging align with the brands voice.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Brand Management
- Monitor and uphold the cinemas brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct regular brand audits and adjust strategies as necessary to remain competitive in the market.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to adapt marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
- Budget Management & Reporting
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, measuring KPIs such as audience reach, engagement, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
- Event Management & Partnerships
- Oversee the planning and execution of cinema events, including movie premieres, festivals, and special screenings.
- Establish and manage relationships with movie studios, distributors, media partners, and influencers to enhance promotional efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on entertainment, cinema, or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for cinema and entertainment.
- Experience in the cinema or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
