Job Description
THIS ROLE
As the head of HR in the Philippines you will be accountable for a growing headcount of 1,800 employees across our three locations in the Philippines, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner capable of leading the people agenda for our Global Client Delivery (GCD) operations in the Philippines. This high-impact, high-visibility role will operate within a global matrix structure and collaborate closely with HR Leads in GCD India and Mauritius reporting into the global head of HR for operations and technology. As a key member of the GCD Philippines Leadership Team, you have prior experience acting as a strategic advisor and thought leader across a range of organisational topics including change management, team effectiveness, organisational design, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning.

Job Description
THIS ROLE

What You Will Do
- Lead the HR agenda for GCD Philippines, driving employee engagement and aligning initiatives with our Employee Value Proposition, partnering with business leaders to define and deliver resource plans that support operational needs and strategic goals.
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle for GCD Philippines, including talent development, workforce planning, and leadership capability building. Driving improvements in workforce management processes, ensuring optimal staffing levels and timely onboarding aligned with demand
- Champion transformation and standardisation of HR processes, enhancing service delivery and management effectiveness, collaborating on global HR initiatives, contributing to automation and consistency across the function, build trusted relationships with executive leaders, key stakeholders, and global teams, acting as a primary HR contact for GCD Philippines.
- Continuously deepen your understanding of IQ-EQ’s business model, brand, and strategic priorities to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs, providing policy guidance and apply expertise across HR disciplines including talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and employee development.

ABOUT YOU
- Degree level education in social science, HR, MBA
- Ability to motivate and influence the work of others that do not report directly to you
- Solid understanding of workforce management
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, preferably in a global service delivery environment
- Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
- Sound working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Successful at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
- International working and living experience is preferred
