The Head of Finance and Operations for Moët Hennessy Philippines plays a critical leadership role in driving the financial success of the organization. This role requires a strong business partner to the General Manager, Philippines and Cluster CFO, providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making while ensuring robust financial operations. The incumbent will oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, fostering sustainable growth and operational efficiency aligned with the company’s goals, MH and LVMH Group standards.

How you will contribute…

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and Cluster CFO, providing actionable insights and recommendations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive profitability and long-term value creation.
  • Support strategic decision-making processes with scenario analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.

Finance Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations in collaboration with Regional Centers of Excellence in Singapore, including accounting, tax compliance, treasury and internal controls, ensuring alignment with MH regional and global policies and local regulations.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the business strategy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to support business operations effectively.

Supply Chain Oversight

  • Provide strategic oversight of the supply chain operations to ensure alignment with business goals and efficient delivery of products to the market.
  • Collaborate with regional supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and enhance distribution efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support the integration of supply chain planning with financial forecasting and reporting.

Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management

  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local tax regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks through proactive monitoring and controls.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to optimize operational efficiency through cost control and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide financial leadership in business reviews, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in FMCG, luxury, or multinational environments.
  • Proven track record in finance business partnering, operational management, and strategic decision-making support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax and regulatory requirements, as well as IFRS.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
