We are looking for an experienced Head of EPC & O&M to lead our engineering, procurement, and construction as well as operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving efficiency across all phases of project delivery.

What You'll Do
Oversee the planning and execution of EPC projects from inception to completion
Develop strategies to optimize operational performance and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes
Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC and O&M sectors
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Excellent project management capabilities with a results-driven mindset
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
