About The Role
The HCM Functional Specialist (Project Hire for 6 months) will play a critical role in the Human Capital Management Transformation Team, focusing on configuring a new entity within the HeRO and Adrenalin (HCM) systems. The role is dedicated to driving system readiness and operational efficiency by ensuring accurate documentation, seamless configuration, thorough validation, and successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role will directly contribute to the team's mission of delivering impactful system transformations while supporting organizational growth and adaptability.

The HCM Functional Specialist (Project Hire for 6 months) will play a critical role in the Human Capital Management Transformation Team, focusing on configuring a new entity within the HeRO and Adrenalin (HCM) systems. How you'll contribute
- Preparing and managing detailed documentation for configuration requirements.
- Executing system configurations and performing validation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitating UAT processes, including scenario creation, test execution, and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align deliverables with transformation objectives
- Willing to assume a Project Hire role for 6 months contract duration
- Functional expert on HR processes and HCM system integration
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with technology focused degree is an advantage
- With strong knowledge in documentation
- Ability to work independently on high-priority deliverables while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
