As a Hairdresser, you will provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to our clients. You should be skilled, creative, and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of current trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with clients to understand their hair goals
- Cut, style, and color hair using a variety of techniques
- Recommend products and treatments based on individual hair needs
- Perform chemical treatments (e.g., keratin, perms, relaxers) if qualified
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service
- Stay updated on industry trends, styles, and best practices
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist
- Relevant cosmetology or hairdressing certification/license
- Strong knowledge of hair types, trends, techniques, and products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
