Your Role

Responsible for the administrative back-end system support for all HR related processes such as data management, performance and development management, in order to support the HR counterpart team in delivering their operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work in alignment with company’s business strategy and objectives
  • Support the HR counterpart with general administrative tasks including but not limited to supporting the on and off boarding administration: drafting contracts, coordinating with candidates, drafting resignation acceptance letters, notifying the internal stakeholders, employment visas and certification, administrative documentation for employee administration (personal files preparation, filing, data base entry, HR forms management, etc.)
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate
  • Coordinate and work closely with hiring managers regarding the employees' performance and development
  • Document and update SOP and forms whenever needed
  • Prepare, develop survey reports and produce presentation
  • Plus, any other tasks assigned by the superior

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in HR, Psychology or Behavioral Science related course
  • At least 2 years' experience in human resource
  • Experience in HR Administrative task
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
