Your Role

To complete the daily processing of all Sea freight shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements - To ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met

Your Responsibilities

  • Initiate and prepare the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs
  • Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office
  • Maintain latest working instructions
  • Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or related
  • Preferably 2 years working experience in Sea Logistics, Finance and IT
  • MS Outlook skills: Intermediate; MS Excel skills: Basic
  • Solid knowledge of international geography
  • Good English communication skills
