What you’ll do:

  • Keep Us on Track: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to ensure every minute is maximized.
  • Be Our Gatekeeper: Organize inboxes, flag priorities, and draft responses that keep communication flowing smoothly.
  • Coordinate Seamless Travel: From booking flights to arranging transportation, you’ll make sure every journey is hassle-free.
  • Craft and Polish: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence that leave a lasting impression.
  • Be a Strategic Support: Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Connect and Communicate: Serve as the go-to contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain confidential files, manage expense reports, and process invoices with precision.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a non-profit or educational environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
