We’re seeking a highly analytical and creative E-Commerce Growth Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling U.S. e-commerce company. This role will collaborate closely with the founder and internal team, contributing to performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in digital marketing for U.S. e-commerce brands and has a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns across paid media, influencer outreach, and retention channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
- Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.), and identify opportunities to scale
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including sourcing, outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking
- Support the setup and ongoing management of email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
- Contribute to organic content strategies to complement paid efforts and foster community growth
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
- 3+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, ideally with U.S.-based e-commerce brands
- Proven success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Experience with influencer marketing, from creator discovery to ROI analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting marketing KPIs
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. hours as needed
