About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Growth Marketer to focus on outbound marketing campaigns, particularly in email outreach. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cold outbound techniques, be proficient with a variety of marketing tools, and possess the ability to manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive growth. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strategic approach to lead generation and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage cold outbound campaigns using tools such as instantly.ai, LEMLIST, and smartleads.ai.
• Build and manage lead magnets, design smart lead strategies, and create and optimize landing pages.
• Warm up email domains/addresses and ensure the deliverability of outbound campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates), and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with leadership to align campaigns with overall business goals and strategies, utilizing provided playbooks and copy.
• Utilize HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other CRM tools for managing and tracking campaign success.
• Assist in the setup of paid ad campaigns and support mass outbound strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a role focused on growth marketing, outbound campaigns, or a similar position.
• Experience in the financial or tech sectors is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with outbound email tools such as instantly.ai, LEMLIST, and smartleads.ai; experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and GoHighLevel.
• Ability to monitor and interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment with changing priorities.
