Job Description
- Develop and manage infrastructure automation for development and operations teams.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Oversee configuration management for consistent deployments across environments.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive incident management.
- Ensure platform security through regular assessments and best practice adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in on-call rotations for platform availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years in DevOps, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficient in AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a preference for GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (e.g., Ansible).
- Skilled in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Expertise in containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and GitOps frameworks (e.g., ArgoCD).
- Networking skills in DNS, VPCs, and subnets.
- Experience securing cloud infrastructure with tools like Hashicorp Vault.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborative across teams and departments with strong problem-solving skills.
