The Growth Manager is a strategic, data-informed, and user-first role focused on driving sustainable growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

- Drive sustainable user growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization by designing experiences that shape behavior and create lasting digital habits.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across digital, owned, and partner channels—targeting high-potential segments and aligning with brand and performance efforts.
- Lead onboarding and activation initiatives to deliver early product value, reduce drop-offs, and foster repeat usage across GlobeOne, GOMO apps
- Partner with cross functional teams to design seamless user journeys and habit-forming loops that deepen engagement and retention.
- Build re-engagement programs and churn-prevention strategies grounded in behavioral insights and lifecycle moments.
- Identify and scale monetization opportunities, collaborating with internal and external partners to launch value-driven bundles, offers, and upsell flows.
- Run continuous experiments across the customer journey, using data to inform hypotheses, validate ideas, and scale what works.
- Leverage data and insights to translate user behavior into actionable strategies, working closely with data, product, and marketing teams to deliver real value.
