Job Summary
- Provide support to the Head of Treasury Group 100% at all times. Provide assistance to all treasury officers in their banking transactions by being available anytime for help. Ensures confidentiality in every transaction or information obtained and makes it a point to have a smooth flow of communications within the group and provides timely update/feedback. Handles group’s budget.
- Assists the Head of Financial Advisory and Markets Group in the daily transaction with the group’s treasury, asset management, merchant banking, and trading and financial relationship management.
- Coordinates with different institutions on the inquiries of bank’s products and services.
- Prepares reports, PowerPoint presentations and letters for internal and external clients.
- Arranges business meetings, seminar and other events of the group.
- Ensures the orderliness and cleanliness of the work area.
- Provides wide range of administrative and secretarial assistance to Executive Management Team and Head of Administrative & HR Services.
- Manages calendars, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements of the executives for local and foreign travel (i.e. flight and room reservations, ticketing, visa applications, etc.)
- Sorts and prioritizes all incoming mail and messages including information and meeting request.
- Maintains and organizes filing system.
- Screens and routes phone calls and take messages when necessary and as appropriate.
- Compiles and updates reports as required and requested by administrative team
- Makes arrangements for special events (i.e. birthdays, outing, Christmas party, team building activities, etc.)
- Manages and maintains personal documentation processes.
- Schedules repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Procure and monitor use of office supplies.
- College Graduate (must be well versed in Word, Excel & Power point Presentation)
- Trustworthy, responsible, flexible, organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Focused, enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative to meet demands.
- Have a good telephone courtesy
- Strong MS applications, computer skills; good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and positive work attitude.
