Job Summary
How will you contribute?
- Perform secretarial and clerical functions for the Group Head and the other officers in the group.
- Handle administrative requirements of the group such as preparation of internal communication and monitoring of in and out of various documents.
- Assist in the servicing of client requests, answering simple client queries, sending checks and documents to clients and their other banking requirements
- College Graduate, Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in standard word processor and Spreadsheet.
- Knowledgeable with document filing and scheduling of activities.
- Familiar with basic accounting processes.
- Highly analytical
- Possesses above average communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Fast Learner, Diligent, Hardworking, Highly Organized.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Trustworthy and can handle confidential matters
- At least three years’ experience in secretarial or administrative tasks is an advantage
