Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervises the activities of Safety Officers - Safety Management System
• Ensures that all safety reports are processed, analyzed and status of hazard/incident reports are being monitored for closure
• Prepares and consolidates all reports and presentations for the Executive Safety Review Board (ESRC) and the Airline Safety Review Commitee (ASRC) meetings
• Ensures the conduct of safety surveillance or assessments and trainings in Manila and outstations
• Ensures that the Safety Management System manual and Safety Procedures manuals are up to date
• Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate, preferably with aeronautical or industrial engineering degrees.
• Aviation-related experience and working knowledge on Safety Management Systems is an advantage.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of aviation or data analytics experience preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Must be highly analytical and is keen to details.
• Must be comfortable operating in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  
  

Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement which allows remote work and onsite as needed.
