Job Description:

Assist regional users onsite and remotely via IT service desk platform in their daily operations.

Device management, provisioning, inventory, and procurement of employee hardware and software assets.

Support business workstations, applications and services ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Provide the necessary technical support for corporate SaaS and core applications across various departments.

Collaborate with the vendor, network infrastructure, security, compliance, and various team for project work.

Understand the overall IT operational framework, optimise performance, analyse, determine and resolve flaws.

Proficiency in troubleshooting IoT device operating systems, and diagnosing network connectivity issues.

Track progress, create alignment and encourage engagement around measurable goals.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant qualification

You approach work with an automation mindset, focusing on streamlining processes.

You excel in verbal and written communication skills through chat, email and video conference.

You possess a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to high-quality results and Customer Service Excellence.

You are able to track simultaneous issues and efficiently optimise workflow and speed up tasks.

You are innovative, proactive, independent yet collaborative, and able to embrace changes.

You can follow through tasks, keep the stakeholder and your team updated and keen to contribute good ideas.

You possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve logical computer application and network issues.

You are well-versed in office connectivity setups, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi APs.

You are aware of information security and experienced in end-point protection and response.

Amenable to work Makati/Mandaluyong (Full onsite)
