About this Position As a Graphic Designer Expert (eCommerce), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity across eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon. Your expertise will guide junior designers and stakeholders, while your deep understanding of shopper behavior will inform your creative decisions. What You´ll Do

• Creates visually engaging and appealing graphics and designs for product listings, marketing campaigns, and brand presence on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms; Develop and execute a comprehensive visual brand strategy for Amazon, ensuring consistency that is up to date with the latest trends and best practice in eCommerce
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and shopper behavior on eCommerce sites, using data and insights to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other designers to develop and implement eCommerce-specific design solutions that meet business objectives
• Provide creative direction and guidance to co-designers and other stakeholders.
• Manage timelines for design projects
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, technical training, and upskilling initiatives to the team
• Drive continuous improvement solutions based on challenges encountered in the role
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in design, marketing, or any design-related course
• Minimum of five (5) years' related work experience in graphic design, with a focus on eCommerce and Amazon artwork creation; At least two (2) years’ technical training certification on design or marketing related courses
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, and experience in coaching junior designers; With a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating visually appealing and effective product images
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platform’s (preferably Amazon) artwork requirements and guidelines, as well as SEO principles and best practices is required; Preferably with experience with Amazon's Brand Registry and Enhanced Brand Content programs
• Excellent design skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools; Familiarity with design and automation tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Preferably with knowledge of Amazon's advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and Certification in Amazon's advertising or content creation programs
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
