Hi! We're Smartsourcing, and we're looking for a creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our full-time, on-site team. Your Role

As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in executing digital campaigns, optimizing visual content, and ensuring a seamless brand experience across web and in-store platforms. You'll collaborate with teams in Australia, work with partners on creative assets, and manage everything from digital screens to social media visuals. Were looking for a detail-oriented, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about solving complex challenges with simple, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute simple website updates and changes to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with agencies in Australia to align on marketing initiatives.
• Work with partners to develop creative assets for campaigns.
• Coordinate with printers and photographers for marketing materials.
• Oversee photoshoots and photography requirements for branding.
• Edit photos and ensure visual assets meet brand standards.
• Manage in-store digital screen content and keep it updated.
• Supply partners with digital screen files as needed.
• Design and produce creative assets, including:
• Counter cards
• Posters
• Digital screens
• eDM hero images
• Social media graphics
• Facebook covers
• Website banners

What We're Looking For

• Print experience is a MUST
• Experience in digital marketing, design, or content management
• Strong skills in photo editing and asset creation
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (agencies, printers, photographers)
• Knowledge of digital signage platforms is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
